About the Contest
Create the mascot of My Health Choices My Way

Are you a young person with intellectual disability?

We want you to create our project mascot!

Our project is called My Health Choices My Way.

The project is about making it better
- for young people with intellectual disability
- moving from children to adult health care.

We need a mascot that shows our project.

You can take part if you
- have an intellectual disability
- are 12-28 years old.

Your mascot can be anything, like a
- person
- animal
- shape or
- something new.

Your mascot should feel
- friendly
- like it belongs to young people.
How to take part

You can share your idea in different ways:
- draw it on paper
- paint a picture
- make a digital drawing
- make a collage.

A collage is when you, for example
- cut out paper, pictures, or magazines
- glue them on paper
- add drawings
- put them together to make a new artwork.

We want to see your ideas
- please do not use artificial intelligence (AI).

Artificial intelligence (AI) is when computers can
- draw pictures
- give you ideas.
