Professor Kevin Lowe, PhD, is a proud Gubbi Gubbi man from southeast Queensland and an Indigenous Scientia Professor at the University of New South Wales. Kevin was a teacher for 26 years then worked at the New South Wales Education Standards Authority (NESA) for 12 years.
Kevin started the Aboriginal Voices study and now leads the Culturally Nourishing Schooling project, which supports schools in addressing the learning and cultural needs of Aboriginal students.
